Jardins du Panthéon
Distinguished property in the heart of the Latin Quarter
ABOUT

ABOUT

This 300m2 (3 200 sq. ft) Parisian mansion from the 18th century was completely renovated in 2016 to offer a contemporary and cosy atmosphere. The kitchen and 60m2 (640 sq. ft) of reception rooms are open to the garden, allowing you to take full advantage of the nature and sun. The house has 5 bedrooms, including a beautiful master suite of 60m2 which occupies the entire first floor.

3 independant rooms can be available at certain dates.

In its remarkable garden of 350m2 (3 700 sq. ft), the only noises to be heard come from the birds or the bells of a nearby church. A beautiful backyard with patio furniture, a dining set, and a year-round 30°C (86°F) heated pool invites a natural element to the urban setting.

The house is located in a calm and secluded environment, just a few minutes away from well-known Panthéon, lively rue Mouffetard and historic Luxembourg gardens. This mesmerizing mansion is available, along with its staff, for seasonal vacation rentals and corporate events all year long.

NEIGHBORHOOD

Just a stone's throw from the Pantheon and the Place de la Contrescarpe, the home is located in the heart of the 5th arrondissement in the Latin Quarter. It rests halfway between two famous Parisian gardens: the Jardin du Luxembourg with the Palais Médicis and the Jardin des Plantes. Have a coffee or a drink at Place de la Contrescarpe, one of the most charming squares in Paris, and stroll down picturesque Rue Mouffetard, dating back to the Middle Ages and known for its many bars, restaurants and food shops.

A 15-minute walk through the Jardin du Luxembourg brings you to the Saint-Germain-des-Prés district with its famous cafés, Les Deux Magots and Le Flore. In the 18th century, intellectuals flocked to this unique neighborhood where the Encyclopedia was written and where the Revolution started at the restaurant Le Procope. The intellectual and artistic spirit that buzzed throughout the neighborhood inpsired many great French authors like Simone de Beauvoir and Sartre. The intellectual, literary, and artistic spirit that buzzed throughout Saint-Germain-des-Prés, as well as its 17th century architecture, has been preserved well over the last two centuries. The district is now known for its luxury boutiques, gourmet restaurants and trendy hotels.
